Hulk Hogan Is Reportedly Furious Over Crowd's Reaction Monday

For decades Hulk Hogan was the most popular wrestler on the face of the Earth. But after being booed during a rare appearance on WWE's "Monday Night RAW" last night, it's clear that popularity has waned - and Hogan's pretty furious about it.
According to Cassidy Haynes of Bodyslam.net, Hogan was "so mad" when he walked to the back of the stage after being booed during the Netflix broadcast.
"Hulk walked to the back so mad. Amazing job Los Angeles," Haynes wrote.

While some fans dismissed the booing as "Los Angeles libs" being mad that a supporter of Donald Trump was on stage in a city that was firmly against Trump in the last election, it's probably deeper than that.
For starters, the WWE ranks are filled with Trump supporters, such as The Undertaker, who also appeared on the show and was cheered, not booed.
Hogan will always have a dedicated fanbase of people who love him, but it's hard to deny that he's lost a lot of fan support through the years. Even going beyond the purely political reasons that many might hate him, there's no shortage of controversies that have emerged from his life in recent years.
That said, fans on social media believe that the booing we heard last night could be a sign that TV networks won't want to see him again if that's the kind of reaction their stations are going to get:
"Even if WWE doesn't care there's no way Netflix wants him back. He did the whole Netflix logo shirt reveal and the fans booed because it was him, but isolated it looks like they're booing Netflix too," one user replied to Haynes.
"Watching Hulk Hogan get annihilated with boos while trying to sell his ripoff Bud Light beer was effing IN-CREDIBLE. And I grew up a Hulkamaniac. The crowd ultimately dictates the story and Hulkamania is dead, killed by Terry Bollea. #WWEonNetflix," wrote another.
"The official curtain Call on Hulk Hogan. Probably won't see him in front a live crowd anymore," a third wrote.
If we never see Hogan on a live WWE broadcast again, we can probably point to last night as the reason why.
