Two notable fans attended the start of Monday's American League Championship Series between the New York Yankees and Cleveland Guardians.
Last Monday night, Taylor Swift watched Travis Kelce lead the Kansas City Chiefs to a 26-13 win over the New Orleans Saints. Seven days later, the star tight end utilized the end of his Week 6 bye by going to Yankee Stadium to watch the MLB playoff game with Swift.
As Jason Kelce covers two New York football teams (Jets and Bills) playing in New Jersey, his older brother is watching their hometown Guardians fight for a trip to the World Series. Travis Kelce and Swift watchedalongside comedian Jerrod Carmichael and Chiefs teammate Gehrig Dieter, a Yankees fan who went to an ALDS game against the Royals with Patrick Mahomes last week.

Fans reacted to the celebrity couple's sighting on social media.
"I love how they are American Royalty now, and it doesn't matter how many tears are shed over it," a fan declared.
"As a long time baseball stan, this is very important to my culture," a Swiftie wrote.
"Why couldn't she come to LA," a fan asked about Monday's NLCS game at Dodger Stadium.
"Travis isn't even wearing anything Cleveland? It's a shame he's too big time to rep his hometown team," a fan bemoaned.
"Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce actually seem like a pretty normal couple," a fan observed. "I genuinely don't get the hate."
Fans tried to decipher the rooting interests of Kelce and Swift, who wore neutral caps to the Bronx. One would think Kelce would prefer the Guardians given his Cleveland roots, especially after seeing New York eliminate Kansas City.
Fans not at Yankee Stadium with Kelce and Swift can watch the game on TBS.
