Everyone Loves What Beyonce Sent To South Carolina, Dawn Staley

In one of the most-watched women's basketball games of all time, Dawn Staley coached her South Carolina Gamecocks team to another national championship, this time capping off an undefeated 38-0 season.

The eyes of the world were and are on women's basketball, and that includes some of the most famous people on the planet.

Beyonce, who is no stranger to the sports world, showed her appreciation for Coach Staley and her team with a special gift. 

Staley shared the gift in a social media post on Wednesday, and fans were loving it. The coach received a large bouquet of flowers and some merchandise from the international musician.

"BEYONCÉ KNOWS US. BEYONCÉ CHEERS FOR US. THE DEBATES ARE OVER," said one South Carolina fan.

"A class act! Bey saw how the media was doing the girlies... SC = the real champs!," said another fan.

"Beyonce was rooting for THEE Dawn Staley & the South Carolina Gamecocks. That shows who the real GOAT of women's college basketball is," another fan noted.

"Did Beyoncé just say she WATCHED and CHEERED for Gamecock WBB?????," one fan asked.

"Dawn deserves her flowers and if the media won't give em, Beyonce definitely will," one fan noted.

"you're doing something right when the QUEEN gives you your flowers," another fan said.

"Say what yall want about Beyonce but one thing she's gonna do is celebrate black women and give them their flowers. Literally!," another fan added.

Staley and her team became the 10th team and the fifth program to go undefeated in women's college basketball.

Much of the fanfare around the tournament involved the excellent Caitlin Clark, but Beyonce made sure to recognize Staley and the Gamecocks as the national champions after a perfect season.
