The Los Angeles Rams haven't shown any indication that they want to trade Matthew Stafford. If they're willing to rebuild though, ESPN's Mina Kimes knows where the Pro Bowl quarterback should go.

Stafford is still playing football at a high level despite only throwing one touchdown in the first two weeks of the season. The problem for the Super Bowl champion is that his supporting cast has been decimated by injuries. It feels like the Rams are another early loss or two away from being out of contention.

The trade deadline isn't until November, but Kimes is already proposing a trade between the Los Angeles Rams and Las Vegas Raiders.

That's right, Kimes suggested the Raiders as a trade suitor for Stafford.

"Watching the first two weeks, that's a very good defense, Davante Adams is still one of the best receivers in the NFL, Brock Bowers looks like a dude," Kimes said. "Imagine adding Matthew Stafford."

The Raiders are currently being led by Gardner Minshew, who has 533 passing yards through two games this season. He showed a lot of poise in the team's win over the Baltimore Ravens last weekend.

Even though Minshew hasn't been bad for the Raiders, there's no doubt Stafford would present an upgrade at quarterback.

Acquiring Stafford would be an expensive move for Las Vegas, which could complicate matters.

Stafford's contract runs through the 2026 season. He's got a $53 million cap hit for next year.

Do you think the Rams will trade Stafford before the deadline?
