At the 2022 NFL Draft, the Georgia Bulldogs set an NFL record for having the most players drafted from one school in a single draft ever. One ESPN analyst believes that the 2024 NFL Draft could see that record matched, if not broken.

In a recent feature, ESPN draft analyst Matt Miller predicted that a whopping 16 members of the Wolverines will hear their names called between April 25 and 27 next month. That mark would break the draft record, set by the Bulldogs just two years ago.

Here are Miller's 16 picks and where he has them going:

  1. QB J.J. McCarthy - 4th overall, Denver Broncos
  2. WR Roman Wilson - 45th overall, New Orleans Saints
  3. CB Mike Sainristil - 62nd overall, Baltimore Ravens
  4. DT Kris Jenkins - 63rd overall, San Francisco 49ers
  5. LB Junior Colson - 79th overall, Atlanta Falcons
  6. G Zak Zinter - 94th overall, San Francisco 49ers
  7. RB Blake Corum - 105th overall, Los Angeles Chargers
  8. DE Braiden McGregor - 182nd overall, Tennessee Titans
  9. C Drake Nugent - 186th overall, Arizona Cardinals
  10. OT Trevor Keegan - 191st overall, Indianapolis Colts
  11. LB Michael Barrett - 192nd overall, Seattle Seahawks
  12. WR Cornelius Johnson - 196th overall, Los Angeles Rams
  13. DE Jaylen Harrell - 199th overall, New Orleans Saints
  14. G Trente Jones - 203rd overall, Denver Broncos
  15. G LaDarius Henderson - 227th overall, Tennessee Titans
  16. TE AJ Barner - 235th overall, Seattle Seahawks

If the Michigan Wolverines do find all of these players drafted and they go on to be superstars, maybe we'll look back on the 2023 Wolverines as an even better team that the revered 2019 LSU Tigers.
