ESPN's computer model, the Football Power Index, has updated its Top 25 rankings heading into the final game of the 2024 college football season.

It all comes down to this on Monday night. Notre Dame, the No. 7 seed in the College Football Playoff, is set to take on No. 8 seed Ohio State in the national championship game on Monday evening. The game will be played at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. The Buckeyes are playing for their first national championship since the 2014 season, when Cardale Jones led Ohio State to a title, while the Fighting Irish are playing for their first national championship since 1988.

The final AP Poll Top 25 of the 2024 college football regular season will come out following the national championship game on Monday evening.

Ohio State and Notre Dame are scheduled to kick off at 8 p.m. E.T. on Monday night.
