Anthony Edwards is one of the young superstars touted as potentially being a future face of the league. The Minnesota Timberwolves man has made plenty of noise on the court, but unfortunately, he continues to make some off of it as well.

Anthony Edwards already has four children with four different women, and news about him asking women to get abortions has gone viral in the past. And it seems he has now filed a new paternity lawsuit in the state of Georgia, although it seems to be regarding a child he already has.

According to In Touch, Edwards is taking one of his exes, Alexandria Desroches to court over paternity and child support.

"The Minnesota Timberwolves star, 23, seemingly filed a petition on March 21, obtained by In Touch, revealing he is the father to a child with Alexandria. He said Alexandria currently lives in New York with the kid. He said the child was conceived and born in Georgia, and 'all interactions between [Anthony] and [Alexandra] took place in Georgia.'"

The laws surrounding child support and paternity are different in Georgia and New York, and Edwards' suit claims that Desroches moved to New York a while after the child had already been born.

News has come out in the past about a womann named Ally D, who is the mother of Edwards' son Amir, and it seems that Alexandria Desroches might be the Ally D. in question.

The Minnesota Timberwolves are currentlyn fighting to claim the 6th seed in the Western Conference coming off the back of a trip to the Conference Finals last season. The team and it's fans will be hoping this latest legal battle won't prove too distracting for Edwards during an already tough season.
