Danica Patrick Knows Who To Blame For The L.A. Wildfires

Danica Patrick took to her Instagram Story to react to the tragic Los Angeles wildfires breaking out this week.
More than 80,000 people have been evacuated from their homes in Southern California. More than 1,000 structures have been destroyed. There has likely been more than $1 billion in damage. Tragically, two people have been killed.
The California government has been taking heat for its response - and preparation - in regards to the fire. Soon-to-be U.S. President Donald Trump is placing the blame on California Gov. Gavin Newsom and U.S. President Joe Biden.
"The fires in Los Angeles may go down, in dollar amount, as the worst in the History of our Country. In many circles, they're doubting whether insurance companies will even have enough money to pay for this catastrophe. Let this serve, and be emblematic, of the gross incompetence and mismanagement of the Biden/Newscum Duo. January 20th cannot come fast enough!" he wrote.
Patrick, a supporter of Donald Trump, took to her Instagram Story, as well.
Patrick is also placing blame on the California government, for their alleged lack of preparation.
"So sad," she wrote. "Shouldn't California be more prepared for this situation? Wtf."
A state of emergency has been declared in California.
Trump, meanwhile, has been ripping Gavin Newsom.
"Governor Gavin Newscum refused to sign the water restoration declaration put before him that would have allowed millions of gallons of water, from excess rain and snow melt from the North, to flow daily into many parts of California, including the areas that are currently burning in a virtually apocalyptic way. He wanted to protect an essentially worthless fish called a smelt, by giving it less water (it didn't work!), but didn't care about the people of California. Now the ultimate price is being paid. I will demand that this incompetent governor allow beautiful, clean, fresh water to FLOW INTO CALIFORNIA! He is the blame for this. On top of it all, no water for fire hydrants, not firefighting planes. A true disaster!" he wrote.
Our thoughts remain with everyone in California during this scary time.
