If he really wanted to, UConn head coach Dan Hurley could kick his feet back and celebrate back-to-back national championships. However, that's not how he's wired.

Hurley made it clear this Thursday that he's eyeing a three-peat.

Believe it or not, Hurley believes the Huskies might have their "most talented roster" next season.

"We think, top to bottom, this could be our most talented roster," Hurley said, via UConn beat writer David Borges. "We don't have to be as good as we were last year to win championships next year. Because no one can get close to how good we were."

Last week, UConn received a commitment from five-star recruit Liam McNeeley. The Montverde (FL) Academy product was also considering Alabama and Kansas among other schools.

McNeeley isn't the only intriguing prospect taking his talents to UConn. The defending champions also received commitments from Ahmad Nowell and Isaiah Abraham.

Hurley added talent through the transfer portal as well, poaching Tarris Reed Jr. from Michigan and Aidan Mahaney from Saint Mary's.

Of course, we can't forget that UConn also has a plethora of players returning from last year's squad, such as Hassan Diarra, Samson Johnson and Solo Ball.
