Meet Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader Kylie Dickson (1:05)

It's been an eventful day in Dallas.

The Cowboys are moving on from head coach Mike McCarthy, who had been the team's head coach since 2020. Dallas went 7-10 this season after winning 12 games and making the playoffs the previous three seasons. McCarthy, who won a Super Bowl in Green Bay, was unable to come to terms on a new contract with Jerry Jones.

The NFC East franchise will now start a search for a new head coach. Some big names have already been floated for the opening, though with Jerry Jones, you never know what he's going to do.

While the Cowboys are struggling on the field, their cheerleaders remain the best in the sport.

While the Dallas Cowboys made headlines for getting rid of Mike McCarthy on Monday, the team's cheerleaders celebrated a young woman's birthday on Instagram.

It's still all smiles for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

"All our birthday love for Armani 💖 Happy Birthday!" the team announced.

Armani, who has alopecia, previously made headlines this year, when she rocked her natural bald head for a game.

"Confidence takes center stage for Alopecia Awareness 💙," the team announced.

Armani had been dealing with the condition since she was a kid. She had been rocking wigs on the field during Dallas Cowboys games.

The Cowboys went 7-10 in 2024, but suffered a bunch of crushing injury losses, including ones to Dak Prescott, Micah Parsons, DeMarcus Lawrence and others.

Dallas will now look to re-start in 2025.
