It's been about a week since the world was shocked and surprised (to put it politely) at the statue the Miami Heat erected to honor team legend Dwyane Wade and Charles Barkley only recently got to give his full thoughts on it. He didn't disappoint.

On the NBA on TNT Tip-Off show, Barkley and the rest of the TNT crew gave their thoughts on D-Wade's statue, which has been widely panned for looking ugly. As always, Barkley didn't mince words, making it abundantly clear that he thinks the statue is awful and needs to be taken down ASAP. He then joked about it for a good while, saying that it was so bad you might not even know who it was.

"It's a great honor. But they gotta take that thing down," Barkley said.

"If you made an ugly statue that's what it would look like. That thing is awful," he then told Kenny Smith.

"That face is the face he made after he saw the statue," he joked.

Later Barkley said, "Hey Kenny, the statue was so bad they had to put all his stats behind it so you know who it was."

The coup de grace he left for the statue-maker, telling them to "get their education" because they're terrible at their current job.

"Shout out to the statue maker. Get your education next time. You're not good at your first job."

Fans in the comments absolutely loved how much Barkley ripped the statue, but then they all lamented what a loss it would be for the group to separate once the network loses its NBA rights.

Segments like this make it hard to disagree.
