CBS Sports reporter Amanda Balionis is getting in on the ice bath recovery game.

The golf season isn't just a long and grueling one for the players; it's tough for the media, too. Balionis, who covers golf for CBS, has been taking trips to Alo's gym for some workouts and recovery.

Balionis shared a photo of herself gritting her way through an ice bath this week. She appeared to be enjoying it - part of it, anyway.

"Thank you Alo for keeping me ice cold."

Balionis has seen her star rise to a new level in 2024, as she's been getting serious praise for her work. She has an impressive ability to make the golfers she's interviewing extremely comfortable and they often open up to her on the air.

There's just one major left in the golf season, with The Open Championship set to take place in the United Kingdom next month.

Balionis will be back to covering college football and the NFL for CBS Sports this fall. For now, though, she's grinding her way through the golf season and the hot summer months, by staying cool in the ice baths.
