Meet Caitlin Clark's Boyfriend (1:19)

Caitlin Clark has shown lately that she's a fan of basketball in addition to being one of the best players in the world.

We've seen Clark courtside recently watching her former program, Iowa, as well as Butler, where her boyfriend Connor McCaffery is an assistant coach. On Monday, she and McCaffery had front row seats to watch the Indiana Pacers take on the New Orleans Pelicans at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

Indiana won, 114-110, behind 34 points and 13 assists from star guard Tyrese Haliburton, who hit nine three-pointers. During the game, the Pacers shared a clip of Clark, McCaffery, and Haliburton's girlfriend sitting together courtside enjoying the action.

"@caitlinclark22 is back courtside at @gainbridgefieldhouse for tonight's game 👋," the Pacers wrote in the caption for the post.

While we got to see Clark enjoy the NBA from a fan's perspective, the league is reportedly looking to get her involved on the court as well.

ESPN's Shams Charania reported this week that the league is aiming to recruit Clark to participate in All-Star Weekend.

"(Steph) Curry and WNBA star Sabrina Ionescu of the New York Liberty participated in the first-ever NBA versus WNBA three-point challenge at All-Star Saturday night this past February in Indianapolis. Curry and Ionescu are in strong conversations to return in a variation of the shootout, which could include other NBA and WNBA players such as Klay Thompson and Caitlin Clark of the Indiana Fever, sources said," Charania wrote.

As a rookie with the Indiana Fever, Clark led the WNBA in assists and three-pointers made, winning Rookie of the Year and making her first All-Star Game appearance.

The 2024 No. 1 overall pick is not scheduled to play in the upcoming Unrivaled 3-on-3 league, which opens up play in Miami in January.

The fledgling outfit reportedly recruited Clark intently, but she did not take them up on their offer.
