Meet Caitlin Clark's Boyfriend (1:19)

It's no secret that Caitlin Clark is a big fan of Taylor Swift. The superstar guard for the Indiana Fever attended multiple Eras Tour concerts in the fall of 2024.

Earlier this week, Clark appeared on the "New Heights" podcast to chat with Jason and Travis Kelce. Unsurprisingly, they couldn't wait to talk about their appreciation for Swift. The No. 1 pick from the 2024 WNBA Draft later revealed that her mother was begging to go to one of Swift's shows.

"My mom was, like, begging me to take her," Clark said. "She was like, 'I gotta go. Everybody's talking about it.' I'm like, 'OK, OK.'"

Apparently, Clark's mother just needed to attend one of Swift's concerts to become a huge fan of her music. The NCAA's all-time leading scorer told the Kelce brothers, "I turned my mom into a full Swiftie now."

Travis Kelce certainly appreciated that remark from Clark.

Clark's parents might actually get the chance to meet Swift this upcoming WNBA season.

TIME Magazine recently reported that Swift plans on attending a Fever game this year. The award-winning singer told Clark that she's "inspiring" to watch from afar.

As for Kelce, he has already made it known that he's a big fan of Clark.

"Saw Caitlin Clark there, got to meet Caitlin. She's awesome, she loves being out there in Indianapolis, says it's a fun city, and we're both just true Midwesterners to the heart," Kelce said prior to this week's show. "Played high school ball, college ball, pro ball all out here in the Midwest, and it was cool catching up with her."

If Swift attends an Indiana game this upcoming season, that'll bring a ton of new eyes to the WNBA. That'd be great for the league, there's no doubt about it.

Clark had an exceptional rookie year with the Fever, averaging 19.2 points and 8.4 assists per game. She seems ready to be the face of the WNBA.

The Fever will begin their 2025 season on May 17 against the Chicago Sky.
