The sports media world continues to process a bombshell lawsuit against Fox Sports.

Front Office Sports obtained a lawsuit filed by Noushin Faraji, who worked as a hairstylist at Fox Sports for over a decade. She accused the company of fostering a "misogynistic, racist, and ableist workplace where executives and talent were allowed to physically and verbally abuse workers with impunity." The lawsuit names Bayless as a defendant, accusing the former Undisputed personality of inappropriately touching Faraji and propositioning her for sex.

According to the legal filing, Bayless gave Faraji "lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts." He offered her $1.5 million to have sex with him. After she mentioned his wife when turning down his advances, Bayless allegedly replied, "Aren't you Muslim? Doesn't your dad have three to four wives?" Faraji informed Bayless that her father died.

The lawsuit became fodder for other sports pundits to dissect. On Monday morning, Boomer Esiason and Gregg Giannotti discussed the legal situation on their WFAN show. The former NFL quarterback and CBS Sports analyst wondered if the lawsuit precipitated Bayless' exit from FS1 last summer.

"It kind of explains why Skip Bayless is no longer on TV," Esiason said, via Awful Announcing.

"Umm, yeah. If these allegations turn out to be true," Giannotti replied. "But yes, that's something ..."

"Somebody at Fox knew that those allegations were coming," Esiason claimed.

Bayless abruptly ended his eight-year run hosting Undisputed in early August. He later claimed he wanted to "bet on myself" with more creative freedom away from TV networks. The 73-year-old has since focused on his podcast and digital media platform.

Bayless has not publicly addressed the allegations, but he continued to tweet about the NFL on Sunday. Fox Sports issued a brief statement to Front Office Sports regarding the lawsuit.

"We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation," Fox Sports said.
