Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty is officially league bound.
After rushing for a historic 2,601 yards and 29 touchdowns in 2024, the Heisman Trophy runner-up took to social media on Tuesday to announce that he's entering the NFL Draft.
"I want to thank Boise State and the coaches who recruited me and gave me a chance to show my greatness. The community is what makes this place special, and the support and love from Bronco Nation is unmatched," Jeanty began.
"I'm excited to announce I am declaring for the 2025 NFL Draft," the junior RB revealed. "The opportunity to play in the NFL is a dream of mine, and I'm proud to represent Boise State and all of those who have helped me along the way at the next level."

Jeanty's transcendent season earned him his second Mountain West Offensive Player of the Year award. In 40 career games, the Jacksonville, FL native totaled 4,769 rushing yards and 56 total scores.
It's not often that running backs find themselves towards the top of draft boards in the modern NFL, but Jeanty certainly figures to be in the running to be selected somewhere in the top 10-15 picks.
His ability as a three-down weapon that can also catch the ball should only serve him well in the pros. In addition to his nearly 5,000 rush yards he also hauled in 80 receptions for 862 yards in the passing game.
What team would you like to see draft Jeanty when April rolls around?
