Angel Reese Sends Strong Three-Word Message To Brother After Maryland's Big Win

Chicago Sky star Angel Reese made sure to remind her brother, Julian Reese, of what it takes to succeed in basketball after the Maryland Terrapins forward had a big game on Monday.
Julian Reese, who scored nine points in each of the Terrapins' first two games of the season, had a breakout performance against the Florida A&M Rattlers as he exploded for a near double-double with 21 points and nine rebounds.
The senior forward led all scorers in the game, as the Terrapins secured a dominant 84-53 victory to stay undefeated on the season.
On her Instagram Stories, Angel Reese shared her brother's postgame interview and noted what led to his big game and what he needs to continue to do as he tries to lead Maryland.
"Consistency is [key]," Reese wrote.
Angel Reese couldn't have said it any better, that's for sure. Besides, there's no better person for Julian Reese to hear it from than his sister, who made history in her rookie season in the WNBA.
For those not in the know, Angel Reese established herself as a double-double machine in the WNBA, setting the record for the longest double-double streak in the league with 15 and finishing with averages of 13.6 points and 13.1 rebounds per game.
It remains to be seen if Julian Reese will be able to maintain the momentum he gained after his big game. Luckily, however, he has someone behind him ready to guide him when he needs it.
