Hailey Van Lith's LSU stint may not have been the brightest moment of her college hoops career, but she still gets a lot of love from her former teammates in Baton Rouge.

After leading TCU to the Elite 8, and becoming the first player in NCAA history to do so with three different schools, Van Lith received a shoutout from ex-LSU star Angel Reese who posted to X: "HVL."

Van Lith scored 26 points with nine rebounds and four assists to lead the Horned Frogs past Hannah Hidalgo and Notre Dame. And her efforts got the attention of more than just Reese in her mentions.

"Exactly!! They need to put some respect on her name!!" a user exclaimed.

"you've consistently been on her side since day one!!" another pointed out.

"She's going to be apart of the @chicagosky," a fan predicted.

"WE ALWAYS BELIEVED," another person commented.

"YEP! Been her."

"BEST PLAYER ON THE COURT !!!!" another user said.

"A MasterClass performance, she's [a] Dawg!" another fan replied.

Hailey started out with the Louisville Cardinals before transferring to LSU and eventually finding herself in Fort Worth.
