Angel Reese Has Become A Supermodel Off The Court (0:52)

There was no shortage of people rooting for Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty to win the Heisman Trophy. But it seems like all of the celebrities were out supporting Colorado's victorious cornerback/wide receiver Travis Hunter - including Angel Reese.

The Chicago Sky starlet was one of many to offer their congratulations to Hunter after he narrowly defeated Jeanty to take home the most prestigious award in college sports. But Reese was more than just happy for him, she was apparently crying too as she revealed on X a short while ago:

"why am i crying😭 im so happy for Travis man!!" Reese wrote in a now-viral post. Her post has over 6,000 likes, 500 shares and 100 replies in less than two hours.

One of those reposts came from Coach Prime himself, who responded with a hearty "Amen!!" on X.

College football fans in the replies and comments couldn't help but agree with Reese, feeling that it made them want to cry too:

"I legit have tears in my eyes when I seen him cry," one user declared.

"Had us in tears! So happy for him!" wrote another.

"You know what its like to not be n the position but still put in that work and be rewarded. To be doubted and judged but still rise above and succeed! You get it more than any of ever could!!!" a third wrote.

Travis Hunter led the Big 12 Conference in receptions and touchdown catches this season, setting a Colorado record in the latter with 14 touchdowns. But he proved to be one of the Big 12's best defensive players as well, recording four interceptions and 11 passes defended as a cornerback and earning Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year honors for his efforts.

Ultimately, the Heisman Trophy race came down to the elite dual-threat player versus an historically good running back in Ashton Jeanty. Even now, Jeanty is on the cusp of becoming the king of the college football rushing mountain as he can break the single season rushing record in the Fiesta Bowl later this month.

But for now, the spotlight belongs to Travis Hunter.
